Press Release Body: Wonder what life is like as a photographer, fashion designer or
merchandiser, interior designer or industrial designer? Find out at the "Day in the
Life" event at The Renaissance Hotel - Plantation, Monday, April 17, 6:30pm,
sponsored by The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale.

Pick a presentation. Meet the pros. Ask them questions. See their work up close and
get involved. Before deciding on a career path, learn what it\'s like in a typical
day of these creative and talented professionals. If you have the passion, then
speak with the people who are successful in the jobs that have always interested
you.

Professionals scheduled to present include Interior Designers and past presidents of
ASID Joyce Shore and Douglas Feldman, Industrial Designers Ryan Nilsen and Andre
Moline, Photographers Miguel Irias and Marc Serota, and Fashion Designers Carrie
Cochran, Gillian Rahael and Lila Rivera.

Admission for the event is complimentary and recommended for high school students
and all ages.
